Paltrach was a human and Patriarch of the Church of Koar around 4721.
Paltrach as Patriarch, lent the support of the Church of Koar to Lyssandra Anodheles, which allowed her to secure her claim to the Sun Throne of the Turamzzyrian Empire. Paltrach had an affair with the Empress Lyssandra, which produced a son named Harland. In 4754, Harland attempted to claim the throne, but failed to gather the support required.
