A permablessed weapon is blessed permanently for any profession, unlike sanctified that only works for clerics and paladins. These weapons are extremely rare. Merchants never offer permabless as a regular service, however, some have been offered at special festivals (such as Droughtman's Challenge) or auctions.
There are some permablessed weapons that have holy water flares.
