Phoen was an Arkati and God of Summer, Fatherhood, and the Sun. He was a member of the Pantheon of Liabo. He was the consort of Oleani and brother of Ronan.


Phoen was a firm ally of his brother, Ronan, and seen as one of the chief opponents of the Pantheon of Lornon, by the Lornon Arkati, themselves. His symbol was a golden starburst on a field of blue.

In the Griffin Sword Saga, a paladin of Phoen participated in the last series of battle. His name was Ablen.
