Quin Telaren was the human guard of the west gate of Wehnimer's Landing, and nicknamed "Sleepy".
Sleepy earned this nickname due to his propensity to fall asleep at his post. Otherwise, Quin stood at attention and demanded a five silver fee for entry into the outpost town. Sleepy was also known for having a crush on Helga, and often went to her bar to spend time when not on duty. Those bold enough, often snuck past Sleepy or even stole the required silvers from his own pocket.
He was associated with performing Adventurer's Guild tasks in the landing.
