Quin Telaren was the human guard of the west gate of Wehnimer's Landing, and nicknamed "Sleepy".
Sleepy earned this nickname due to his propensity to fall asleep at his post. Otherwise, Quin stood at attention and demanded a five silver fee for entry into the outpost town.
