Quinshon is a declared mentalist, Tehiri man, who once was a member of the Hall of Mages. He is no longer among their ranks, but has been known from time to time to work for them. He has recently arrived to Wehnimer's Landing at the request of Grand Magister Dennet. It is known that he is tutoring Rowmi in mental prowess, but also performing a variety of undisclosed services for Dennet. Quinshon has been known to be called the Dissembler, but his ability of shaping and unraveling minds. He is suspected of being a sorcerer.
