RECITE will speak a message with the words indented and blank lines between the message and the previous and next command lines so that everyone in the room can easily see it.

Usage

>recite

Usage:
    RECITE [:{tone}] [::{target}] {message}    - Recite a message [with a tone] [to a target]

For a full list of tones, see TONE LIST.

You may recite multiple lines by separating each one with a semicolon.
  EXAMPLE: RECITE And Eonak walked slowly in the sunlight,;Paying less attention to his steps;Than to the piece of rock he found;Deep within the earth.

When RECITEing, you will use whatever language you are currently SPEAKing.
