The Rafi'kaes were considered the sea going klinast.
The Rafi'kaes all suffered from wanderlust and due to incessant travelling, rarely accrued much following or power from other half-krolvins. Simply put, the Rafi'kaes preferred to explore than to lead. Their symbol is a stylized wave.
