Rommed is an Elven Scholar who gave a tour of the Outlands Manor during the Wonders of Elanthia event.

Appearance

He appears to be an Elf.
He is very tall and appears to be very young. He has twitching amber eyes and tanned skin. He has very long, tied back golden brown hair. He has a broad face and a broken nose.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a wire-wrapped rough stone amulet, an open-necked pale linen shirt covered with smudges, a cracked black leather satchel, some patched and faded trousers, and some scuffed brown leather boots with black vultite buckles.
