Much like sundials, Stardials allow an adventurer to tell time, only at night. They're wonderful tools for the astronomy enthusiast.

Analyze

You analyze your mithril stardial and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
