Stunning Shout is a warding based spellsong that effects the target in three seperate ways. First, it deals damage based on the warding roll and the bard's ranks in Elemental Lore, Air. Secondly, it performs a critical effect from either the impact or unbalance critical tables. Lastly, it either stuns or disorients the target. A creature that is already stunned will not have the previous stun stack with the resulting stun, but a greater stun will replace the previous stun. Disorientation will result in roundtime and, possibly, some other ill effects.
