The Symbol of Protection is obtained at the sixth rank of the Order of Voln. The Symbol of Protection increases one's generic DS.

Using Symbol of Protection

  • Type SYMBOL OF PROTECTION. This symbol cannot be used on others.
  • Symbol of Protection grants a generic DS bonus equal to the user's ranks in the Order of Voln. The maximum benefit is +26 DS.
  • The duration of Symbol of Protection is equal to 20 seconds times the number of ranks the character has obtained in the Order of Voln. Repeated uses of Symbol of Protection add onto the duration; this symbol is stackable.
  • Symbol of Protection uses 24 units of favor. One can use Symbol of Blessing 10 times per spin.

Obtaining Symbol of Protection

Talk to the sixth monk on the path to enlightenment. You must have 1200 levels of favor to obtain the required task.

Wehnimer's Landing Task

  • Go to Town Square Central and get a large acorn. Squirrels drop them from the treehouse randomly.
  • From the North Gate, go: SW, S, S, S, S, S, SE, E, E, GO BRIDGE, CLIMB BANK, NE, NW, N, N, NE, N, NE, NE, N, N, NE, N, CLIMB ROCKSLIDE, E, SW, S, E, N, N, N, N, SE, S, SE, SE, E, E, Go Path, NW, NE, E, E, SW, D, SE, GO SHORE, SWIM WATER, SWIM ISLAND, GO ISLAND.
  • Now, KNEEL and BURY ACORN.
  • Return to the monk to receive your symbol.

Ta'Vaalor Task

  • Start at the Victory Court, and go: E, E, E, N, E, E, E, N, N, N, GO PATH, S, S.
  • Now FORAGE LACE.
  • Once you've obtained some lace, return to Victory Court, and go: W, W, W, GO GATE, SW, SW, SW, SW, S, SW, S, S, S, S, SE, SE, E, GO GATE, SW, S, S, S, S, SE, N, N, N.
  • Hold the lace in your right hand, KNEEL, and type OFFER LACE TO IMAERA.
  • Return to the monk to receive your symbol.
