Dissipation section change

The log2 portion of the Dissipation section, contained this as its first line:

<font color=orange>!>health</font>

which resulted in this appearing at the beginning of the log2 portion:

!>health

I removed that entire line just now because when I type HEALTH, I do not get the word "health" at the top of the results. If anyone knows a reason why an orange-colored "health" should appear at the beginning of that section then feel free to revert my change, but please also fix it so there is no extraneous "!>" in the line.
