This is contradictory: Spirit CS is not affected by the bonus, and the Sorcerer spell CS is boosted by a base of +13 CS. Sorcerer CS increases as for every 4 minor elemental spells learned, up to a cap of +25 CS. (at 75 minor elemental spells)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Sorcerer spell CS the same as Spirit CS?

Sorcerer can call upon both the spiritual and the elemental realm for their casting strength. Take a look at the CS page and the sorcerer page. A cleric casting 425 (hypothetically) would get no CS benefit per the above example. A sorcerer having just learned 425 would get a bonus of +13 (getting about half of what a wizard would get as the sorcerer is of a hybrid profession - elemental and spiritual) to their CS. --KAGE 16:55, 20 January 2010 (EST)KAGE

Ok, so, if I have a CS of 200 when I cast mana disruption if I cast 425 having just learned it I would cast with a CS of 213 for mana disruption? And then let's say if I cast major fire from a wand, would I then get the full +25 bonus since major fire is all elemental based?

Perhaps I can provide an example of this kind of differentiation to help elucidate the confusion

Major Fire is a bolt AS-based spell so a sorcerer would get the full +25 AS boost from 425 when casting it. It is only CS-based spells that sorcerers get left out on with 425. Adam talk 18:16, 22 January 2010 (EST)
