Found one of these on a Banshee on Teras Island in the Mausoleum. Uncertain if there was a change or if its just an extremely rare drop. -- MINQUE (talk) 22:17, 1 December 2017 (CST)

    I'm pretty sure these aren't restricted to a particular area, though they may be restricted to undead and are def a rare drop. I just found one on a flesh golem in River's Rest. OM1E5GA (talk) 10:48, 2 August 2019 (CDT)
