Maybe I'll try it out and add messaging later. The "level as a major factor" portion was added based upon my personal experience: level 99 rogue, 18 ranks MnE, 10 ranks AS, 24 ranks MIU, 33 ranks HP, zero casting failures out of approximately 30 attempts in a row.
