Proposed change using the following text with reference tables:

CHANNELing a bolt spell has the following effects:

  • Caster incurs 3 seconds hard roundtime that cannot be reduced by haste effects, concurrent with the cast roundtime.
  • On a successful hit, the chance to hit every body location is the same at 7.7%, resulting in an increased chance than non-channeled bolts to strike the head, neck, or eyes.
  • On a successful hit, there is less critical randomization (the minimum randomized rank is raised by 1-2 depending on the base critical).

A channeled bolt is therefore more likely to result in an immediately fatal critical rank on high endrolls.
