Naming

This template is called otheruses4 despite there not being an otheruses1-otheruses3 because that's the name of the identical template at Wikipedia, and I figured I would keep them the same so that the otheruses template reference over there (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template_talk:Otheruses) could be used over here as well.
