Development

I am proposing to replace this template with what I've written in my sandbox. Reason being, the template I've written there has much of the versatility as the modular templates that Rafi and I have worked on, although it is still a work in progress. Additionally, simply replacing this template will have no effect on the current articles written as they are. Behold the power of the ParserFunctions extension. Andy talk 18:32, 8 January 2007 (EST)

Alright, I believe that the template is ready to go live. None of the existing articles should be impacted. If there's a disagreement, feel free to revert, but after spending 5+ hours working on this template, I rather hope that any issues can be resolved without having to rewrite the template. Healing Spells

The healing spell changes look good, though the color feels very striking in comparison to the others. Maybe a more muted scheme like E0CEF2/FAF5FF? Subtype should be one of {health/wound/scar}. ZHOUY1 (talk) 01:08, 11 April 2016 (CDT)

Yeah, I was trying to keep the darker orange to the web safe range like the other darker colors are, and since there is more blue/red than green/yellow in the Empath Base, I put it more on the yellow side to prevent the color bleed with Attack (red) and Utility (blue). But I'll try FCF/FAF5FF and we'll see how it looks, I think your border violet is a little too close to the Utility blue. I also like F96/FFFCEF, FC9/FFFCEF, and the colorhexa site in general.
Do we categorize Troll's Blood and Regeneration as healing spells? Do we have major/minor subtypes in the 800s? VANKRASN39 (talk) 11:00, 11 April 2016 (CDT)
FC9 looks best to me. I would consider 1125 and 1150 as mainly healing spells, while 1607 is mainly stamina restoration with a healing side component. For subtypes there's no need to be too specific (arguably healing spells may not need subtypes at all as the spell names are self-explanatory).
