Tall but sleek, the size of the thunder troll belies its quickness. The thunder troll moves about surrounded by a raging tempest. An upturned lip, protruding jaw and sunken, orange eyes impart an air of arrogance to this foul, rubbery creature. Given to sudden fits of uncontrollable rage, a thunder troll has been known to spring from the forest and tear a seasoned warrior in half before the warrior can even cry out, then, surprisingly, turn and dart away, distracted, leaving small children unharmed.

Thunder trolls may knock adventurers down when they rush into the room.

They also have the ability to reflect Cone of Elements (518) lightning variation and potentially other lightning-based attacks upon their caster.
