Tiope Ysinia Vaalor was a Lord Legionnaire Commander in the Crimson Legion of House Vaalor.
Appearance
After the betrayal:
You see Lord Legionnaire Commander Tiope Ysinia Vaalor the Shadow Legion Officer. She appears to be an Elf. She is tall and appears to be an adult. She has weary hazel eyes and pale, pink-cheeked skin. She has short, disheveled brown hair that has come undone. She has a gaunt, tear-streaked face. She is in good shape. She is holding a bloody vaalorn longblade with a golden wyvern pommel in her right hand. She is wearing a gold star pin, some vaalor plate, a dark gold wool capelet, a dark crimson jacket adorned at the shoulders with gold braid tied into six knots of rank, a dark gold quilted gambeson, a gold-bound scarlet sheath, and a pair of dark leather boots cuffed at the knee.
