The capital city of Torre is Fairport, where the present Count, Clayborne, rules. Torre is also the location of River's Rest, once one of the jewel cities of the Kannalan Empire and capital of the Kingdom of Elanith, but is now a small port town. Torre is also the location of The Citadel, one of the last bastions of the Kannalan Empire. The Tempest River flows through the province on its way to the sea.
