Images at Risk for Deletion

Hello, MAYLAN. I am reaching out to you about two images that you uploaded to the wiki, one recently and one from several years ago. While reviewing recent updates that you made to your character page, Maylan (prime), I noticed that these two images are missing some information that is now required by Gswiki:Policy. GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. Thank you for including all of that information already for File:Maylan Wiki.jpg, which already has a blanket permission to use on the wiki as it was acquired via Simutronics. The two images that will need an update are:

• File:Maylan Formalwear.jpg - Thank you for crediting the artist. Was permission granted by Abrimel to upload this artwork to the wiki?
• File:AI Maylan.jpg - Thank you for stating that Midjourney AI imaging software was used to create it. I have added Category:AI artwork to the image file. Who created the prompt for this image? If that person is not you, was permission granted by the prompter to upload it?

This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki.
