Vanne fans are a very scripted item that has a slot to hold daggers and can be worn on the wrist when not used. The are popular among those in higher social circles, especially the Nalfein Elves.
Analyze
You analyze your shadowy silk fan and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
