You see Ellerel Barrowfoot the Warlock.
He appears to be a Paradis Halfling.
He is short but substantial. He appears to be middle-aged. He has heavy-lidded coal black eyes and light skin. He has thinning, swept-back dark grey hair with wings of white at the temples. He has a lined face, a pinched nose and an unimpressive chin.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a gnarled black hoarbeam cane in his right hand.
He is wearing a dark peacock blue felt stovepipe hat with a green silk band, a deep green silk cravat secured by a gold and lapis pin, a midnight blue wool doublet with golden pentagonal buttons, some blue-black wool trousers, and a pair of dark leather boots.

Additional Information

The Barrowfoot family are a dynasty of magic users who supply many of the shops of the Magical Burrow with raw essences needed for the manufacture of charms, wands, and other arcane items. Ellerel Barrowfoot spent most of his life in private business. Under Ellerel's guidance, the Barrowfoot holdings grew considerably, and he was seen as a significant influence behind the scenes of Icemule Trace's magical community.

Barrowfoot's election platform in 5120 was focused on making Icemule Trace a safer place to live. As a warlock who specialized in hunting evil spirits, he claimed he had seen many of the dangers in the surrounding lands. He enthusiastically backed plans to eliminate the threats occupying the Abbey, also known as the Temple of Hope. Ellerel also discussed the importance of boosting the town's prospects as a center of magical study and education.

In his own words: "When you live a long time, sometimes a notion comes into your head that surprises you. If you elect me to be your mayor, I will dedicate myself to ensuring Icemule Trace's future and present. I might not be as colorful or as bold as some of the luminaries I'm up against, but I hope you'll consider the wisdom of a seasoned hand at the reins over what is briefly exciting."
