SHOUT is a roleplaying verb. It additionally allows bards to ability to activate Troubadour's Rally (1040).

Usage:
    SHOUT                          - Give a shout of exultation
    SHOUT {target}                 - Shout for a target

Bards will additionally see:

    SHOUT 1040                     - Activate Troubadour's Rally
