The TOUCH verb allows the character to touch various objects. It is also used in Empathic linking.

                     caress his/her face tenderly.
ETERNAL WEDDING    - You cup (target)'s hand briefly between both of yours,
                     tracing the line of his/her knuckles with your thumbs
                     before you reluctantly release his/her hand.
STANDARD           - You touch (target).
ICEMULE
  FIRST PERSON     - Shivering, you rub each hand across the opposite forearm
                     while glancing at (target).  Maybe he/she can help?
