Ukkar (prime)

Ukkar Asan'qa'Asan is a Tehiri mystic and botanist. His parentage is unknown, besides the evident: they were some combination of human and elf. Raised in the fashion of his nomadic kin, he keeps to the rituals of shade and spirit, despite his far-flung wandering and long separation from the Sea of Fire.
