A weatherworn grey marble statue of a stocky human in pioneer's clothing overlooks the park, his stone hat encrusted by the gifts of decades of passing birds and his right hand half-upraised as if it once held some now-missing object.  You also see some ornate wrought iron benches and a bright yellow building.

Irar says, "It will begin soon."

The smooth stone walls of the shrine are enameled with the image of a large golden crown.  A track of worn, ashen grey carpet begins at the double doors and divides the chamber until ending just before a wide stone dais.  Upon the raised platform is a high altar crafted from blood marble, its soft white surface speckled with sanguine motes.

If Irar hands someone a vial at midnight in the park, do the townspeople see that? I imagine not and that only _our_ characters who were closely observing the prayer meeting noticed. It's kind of like what Irar himself (I'm pretty sure it was him) asked Rodnay a couple weeks ago--if Rodnay was trying to keep his plan in the Swale a secret, then why openly tell it to a bunch of gossips outside North Gate? ...and yet I _think_ we're supposed to play along that most of the Landing doesn't know about Rodnay's plan. Of course, anything involving the Kestrels gets to _them_ immediately, but I'm fine with that because we already know Shinann was being spied on and both Leafi and I assume whoever's doing that is working for the Kestrels. Likewise it wouldn't surprise me if the Rooks now know that Irar's given up the vial. But the whole Landing? I'm not sure. To be clear, I--as a player--am not disagreeing with Crux's player, as honestly he'd know better than me, but more explaining Leafi's admittedly odd behavior tonight and how secrets can get very confusing.]
