The Opening Ceremony began with a balloon descending slowly over the canyon at Cobblestone Road. The people massed in anticipation watched as Prince [[Voregrek]] and Eldalina, the Town Liaison, climbed from the basket and greeted the crowd.  Prince Voregrek and Eldalina began by recounting the history of the original balloon's construction and landing on Teras 120 years before, with [[Ghorsa Borthuum]] at the helm.

After several toasts, Eldalina led the group to the [[Stormbrow Gallery]]. The Curator of the museum, [[Beela]] escorted the group through the museum, proudly revealing artifacts and newly developed areas. The tour's highlight was without doubt the view of the most remarkable and unique Nelemar Room, accessed via the Children's Room. The end of the tour involved an examination of the [[Stormbrow Gift Shop]] and the presentation of citizens pins in the large [[KDAShop:Garden Pavilion|Garden Pavilion]] established outside the museum.

===Places of Interest===
[[Stormbrow Gallery]] is the newly rennovated museum, which now hosts a [[Stormbrow Gift Shop|gift shop.]]

The [[KDAShop:Garden Pavilion|Garden Pavilion]] is located at Glaes and Dragonstail, just outside the Stormbrow Gallery, and hosts the drinking game and a grand banquet of food.  It will be a meeting place during the festival.

The [[KDAShop:Hot Air Balloon|Hot Air Balloon]] can be visited during the festival.  Inside the balloon's basket, a bucket with free wine was set out, the glasses persisting after drinking it and serving as a festival souvenir.
