This unusually spacious basket has been constructed out of woven wicker. A partition segregates the centrally positioned fueling mechanism from the rest of the space, where the passengers and supplies would be carried. Above, a huge, spherical balloon envelope is visible, attached to the sides of the basket by spun metal threads. A large crystal ice bucket sits in one corner, the top of a bottle peeking out. A rope ladder has been slung over the side, serving as a relatively easy exit from the basket.
