The two weapon combat DS formula for two empty hands is not accurate for the situation of having 1 rank in the weapon skill (brawling) and 1 rank of TWC. I also had 4x UCS gloves on and was in defensive stance. My DS was accurately predicted with one empty hand and a shield, and so it was only the off hand DS that was the problem. The two weapon combat DS formula for two empty hands is not accurate for the situation of having 1 rank in the weapon skill (brawling) and 1 rank of TWC. I also had 4x UCS gloves on and was in defensive stance. My DS was accurately predicted with one empty hand and a shield, and so it was only the off hand DS that was the problem.
