Two hand-painted porcelain urns flank each side of the boutique's entrance and are filled with bright, blooming peonies that complement the room's simple but elegant decor. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls give an unhindered view of the adjacent exterior grounds, and a floral curtain with cutwork lace edging hangs over the backroom entry behind a tiered display counter.

And Sew It Goes, Alterations

[And Sew It Goes, Alterations - 7110420]
Armless chairs upholstered in spruce green distressed velvet are arranged in a semicircle around a white oak table brimming with sewing supplies. Tiny pins with colored heads lay scattered about the floor, and thin strips of fraying material dangle along the edge of a nearly full wastebasket. A full-length mirror sits next to a console table prepared with a modest selection of treats. You also see a floral curtain and a willowy human seamstress.
