This item was crafted to assist with profession services and grants a bonus to resource management.  It can be used in place of SUFFUSE CONVERT <amount> to convert stored profession service energy into suffused energy.  This is accomplished with the syntax INFUSE artifact with <amount>.  Doing this will grant the owner a 10% bonus to the suffused energy that is generated.  This stone is subject to the same restrictions as the SUFFUSE verb and will bind to the user for 30 days after use.

Additionally, this stone can be rubbed once a week for 5,000 resource points.  This use is subject to the owner's Lumnis schedule in addition to weekly and total resource caps.

The artifact will attune to the user when rubbed or infused and will require 30 days of non-use to re-attune to another person.
