The play.net website https://www.play.net/gs4/play/wizard-info.asp is the location to download the WizardFE software. When you get to web page where you are asked to select which FE you want to use, simply click on the Download Software option, and follow the instructions on the web page. If you have Wrayth/Stormfront installed, create a new folder in the same direcotry called WizardFE. Default would be C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMU\
After downloaded, the user needs to create the following registry entries:

In the windows bar, type regedit
Once you have installed the Simutronics Launcher Application, things become automatic. Be sure that you have installed the Launcher. If all you did was download it, then go back to the web page and follow the instructions for installing it. Once the Launcher is properly installed, just click on the web page option to play using the Wizard FE.
Location the following registry key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Simutronics
Right Click and Create new key called WIZ32. Your registry key should look like Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Simutronics\WIZ32
In the WIZ32, create a new sub-key make a new string value called Directory and put the path to your WizardFE install. ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMU\WizardFE

In the folder where you installed Wizard.exe, you will need to include the gscbmp32.dll file linked on this page.
The web site will send a message to the Launcher to make sure that you have the latest version of the Wizard FE software. If you do not have the latest version, then it will be downloaded to you automatically at this time. You can cancel this download if you wish, but you will not be able to play using the Wizard FE until you have the latest version. If you are using Windows 95, then the launcher will automatically install the Wizard FE software. If you are using Windows 3.1 then the Launcher will attempt to install the software, but it may be unable to do so depending on your system configuration. If the launcher is unable to install the software, then follow the instructions that are on the web page for installing the Windows 3.1 version.

Once you have the latest version of the Wizard FE, it will automatically start up when you select the option to play using the Wizard FE. You do not have to start the program yourself. Simply click on the option that appears on the web page, and the Launcher will automatically start the Wizard FE for you. You cannot start the Wizard FE on your own. If you attempt to do so, you will get an error message and the Wizard will not start. The only way to start the Wizard FE is for the web page to tell the Launcher to start it.
