Going forward, we are going to allow the altering of existing tattoos (ie: tattoos that people have on them) but with some caveats.
- Only a tattoo merchant can offer this.
- The Allowed tattoos are:
- Normal tattoos
- Pigments of Memory Tattoos
- Flypaper Tattoos
- Rune Tattoos
- SK Tattoos
- Mystic (monk) tattoos
- Minimum charge for this is 100k silvers or 125 (bloodscrip, raikhen, soul shards.)
- As always, this service is at the merchant's discretion. If they do not feel uncomfortable doing this, they still reserve the right to deny the service.
All other tattoos are denied for alteration as they typically have QC requirements.
