Origin

Orphaned at the age of eight when her father was lost at sea and then soon after, her mother followed, presumably from a broken heart. With little family on her mother's side, Nalira went to live with her fraternal grandparents, in the province of Laikyn.

Nalira's grandparents are respectable tradesmen in the province. They were known for dealing in gems and for being part of Lyx'Nijost: Order of the Stones. Nalira was brought up and trained in the trade as they expected her to follow in their footsteps.
