Frostling Ward protects from the Hinterwilds Hypothermia effect. It can be ordered at the Alchemist Sparkfinger ([Sparkfinger's Alchemy, Workroom - 29876] (u7503253)) and lasts for 15 minutes.
Whistling a jaunty if entirely talentless tune to himself, Sparkfinger snatches a few beakers and tosses their contents into a silver bowl. Fingers of frost form over the metal as he stirs. Without warning, Sparkfinger dips a hand into the vivid blue mixture and flings droplets at you! The cold drops sublimate in midair, swirling into a protective mist around you. You feel much less susceptible to the driving cold of the Hinterwilds.
There is no message when the effect wears off.
