The expansive pavilion drapes over a framework of oiled resaeun, the slender poles affixed with framed sketches drawn in ink and charcoal. Set upon a nielira-carved counter is a tall heartleaf-edged sign, the greenish black tendrils traversing their way towards the wool-covered floor. A lingering veil of cigar smoke weaves through the air, the tendrils floating in the ambient breeze. You also see the tattoo artist Veylin.

You see the Tattoo Artist Veylin.
She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She is statuesque and appears to be mature.  She has vivid lavender-blue eyes and bronzed skin.  She has waist-length champagne blonde hair that falls down in suede-ringed sections.  She has a sharply angled face and pointed ears.  Her visible skin is covered in a melange of tattooed art.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing several slim mykal chokers, a sleeveless malachite maedatha frock coat, a hip-cut ivory silk tunic, some belted grey suede trousers, and some tattooed leather knee-boots.

 back, waist, head, shoulder, thigh, chest, wrist, forefinger, foot, neck, arm,
 leg, ear, and ankle.

 applied to your neck, you would ASK Veylin for tattoo 3 on your neck.
