You analyze the flat acuity ticket and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
Your ticket is used to unlock the potential of things held in your other hand or on your person.
A puce flat acuity ticket grants the addition of Acuity flares (+30) to an eligible runestaff.
DETAILS: > Runestaves must have no inherent flare or Acuity flares below +30. > Existing Acuity flares will be incrased to +30 (no stacking). > Coraesine and Ironwright-scripted runestaves are ineligible.
You need only RAISE your ticket while holding a compatible item in your other hand or on your person.
Your ticket may not be altered or changed in any way.
You get no sense of whether or not the ticket may be further lightened.
