WIGGLE makes a character wiggle, shake, or flap a specified part of the body.

While the verb may be labeled as demeanor-based or wedding variation, it is not truly either. Targeted WIGGLE NOSE has a variation when grouped with someone who has a warm demeanor towards the actor or between married spouses.
