==Image at Risk for Deletion==
Hello, MORNE. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki, [[:File:Quee.jpg]], that is missing some information required by [[Gswiki:Policy]]. Your image is missing the following information:
* Who created the image?
* If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
* If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
* If AI imaging software was used to create it, <nowiki>[[Category:AI artwork]]</nowiki> must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.
Please see [[Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights]] for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be all images uploaded to the Gswiki as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in [[:Category:AI artwork]]. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, [[Gswiki:Style guide/Images]] has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, [[Help:Images]] goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

'''If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki.''' Please do not remove the <nowiki>{{moddelete}}</nowiki> template from any flagged image file. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet [[Gswiki:Policy]] requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone [https://discord.com/channels/226045346399256576/1061330227843833926 Discord forum's wiki thread]. ==Article Requested for Deletion==
Hi again, MORNE. I notice that you recently updated [[Lich:New Adventurer FAQ]] to include new text stating that you would like for it to be deleted. I am happy to do so, however the best way to request an article to be deleted by inserting the <nowiki>{{delete}}</nowiki> template onto the article and then putting the reason why on its [[Talk:Lich:New Adventurer FAQ|talk page]]. This will properly flag it for any moderator to review it for deletion, while a simple update text such as the one you provided may be missed. I have inserted this template onto the article on your behalf so it is properly flagged, and it will be deleted at a later date. Prior to that, I recommend clicking on the article's "[[Special:WhatLinksHere/Lich:New_Adventurer_FAQ|What links here]]" list to see which other articles currently link to it, as they will have broken links once this one is deleted from the wiki. ==Article/Edits at Risk for Deletion==
Hi there, MORNE. In reviewing some of the recent updates, I saw that you have made edits to [[Tatterclaws (prime)]], which appears to be a character page for someone else's character. There is no indication on the article's Discussion/Talk tab that Tatterclaw's player gave you permission to create or edit a character page on their behalf. [[Gswiki:Policy]] prohibits users from editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If you do have permission to edit this character page, you will need to indicate this by clearly stating it on its Discussion/Talk tab, [[Talk:Tatterclaws (prime)]], that you have been given permission to do so by the player. Simply noting that in the edit reason for an article is not enough for Gswiki:Policy. Alternatively, Tatterclaw's player can put that information on the discussion page. When adding that information, please make sure to add <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki> at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made. '''If that information is not added within 7 days, your edits to the character page will be deleted from the wiki.''' If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for editing character pages, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone [https://discord.com/channels/226045346399256576/1061330227843833926 Discord forum's wiki thread]. :Hello again, MORNE. Thank you for adding the note to [[Talk:Tatterclaws (prime)]] that both accounts are associated with the character. So that you are aware, the <nowiki>{{mod-delete}}</nowiki> template that I had placed on the article should not have been removed by anyone other than a moderator, whether that person another moderator or me, as that slows down the review process. While I recognize that the manual reversion you did to the article to remove the template was likely done in good faith, please do not do so again in the future as it is considered a violation of [[Gswiki:Policy]]. I apologize that the note I placed on [[Talk:Tatterclaws (prime)]] to not remove it was not included in my message to you here. Image at Risk for Deletion

Hello, MORNE. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki, File:Quee.jpg, that is missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. Your image is missing the following information:

  • Who created the image?
  • If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
  • If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
  • If AI imaging software was used to create it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.

Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be all images uploaded to the Gswiki as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged image file. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 09:23, 3 December 2025 (CST)

Article Requested for Deletion

Hi again, MORNE. I notice that you recently updated Lich:New Adventurer FAQ to include new text stating that you would like for it to be deleted. I am happy to do so, however the best way to request an article to be deleted by inserting the {{delete}} template onto the article and then putting the reason why on its talk page. This will properly flag it for any moderator to review it for deletion, while a simple update text such as the one you provided may be missed. I have inserted this template onto the article on your behalf so it is properly flagged, and it will be deleted at a later date. Prior to that, I recommend clicking on the article's "What links here" list to see which other articles currently link to it, as they will have broken links once this one is deleted from the wiki. Simply noting that in the edit reason for an article is not enough for Gswiki:Policy. Alternatively, Tatterclaw's player can put that information on the discussion page. When adding that information, please make sure to add ~~~~ at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made. Hello again, MORNE. Thank you for adding the note to Talk:Tatterclaws (prime) that both accounts are associated with the character.
