Shelves filled with fabrics, neatly labeled boxes, and glass canisters line the wall behind a polished hardwood counter. A dark walnut bureau is reflected in the silvered glass of a large oval mirror, its elaborately carved frame of leaves inlaid with pearly vaalin.
