Hello, TEDESCHIC. You recently uploaded multiple images to the wiki that are missing information required by Gswiki:Policy. The two images missing information include FILE:EverallMove2.gif, FILE:EverallMove1.gif. Both images are missing the following information: |
Who created the image? |
If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it? |
If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software? |
If AI imaging software was used to create it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork. |
Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. To add that text to the image file, you will need to click on "Edit Source" on the image file itself and add all of the required information. All articles using these images will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information. |
==Images at Risk for Deletion== |
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the image files. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSFAMINE (talk) 12:15, 6 February 2026 (CST) |

Hi GS4Alastir, I noticed you placed the delete template in your talk page, and wanted to make sure you were requesting it's removal entirely. I am happy to process this for you if this is the case. HOST-GSFAMINE (talk) 12:08, 29 May 2026 (CDT) |

Hi, AFALLACE. I noticed you created a page for a translation of an in-game word here: https://gswiki.play.net/Vaelthirion |
I wanted to suggest that you place this as a suggestion in the correct language's lexicon discussion page. This allows it to reach a wider audience and also allows staff to review suggestions in one location. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me either here, or my discussion page at: https://gswiki.play.net/User_talk:HOST-GSFAMINE |

Hello, GAMEQUEST3, thank you for making corrections to your uploaded artwork. Your efforts are greatly appreciated! I noticed that you had some difficulty with the category tags. If you are trying to add a category, you need to remove the "<nowiki>" and ""</nowiki> tags from around it, or the system will ignore it. The syntax is just surrounding ":Category:AI artwork" with double brackets. I.e "[[]]" Appreciate the help and hope this message finds you well. HOST-GSFAMINE (talk) 12:30, 8 May 2026 (CDT) |
