• User talk:MAEVIE8: Hello, MAEVIE8. You recently uploaded several images to the wiki that are missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. These nine images are File:Screenshot 2026-05-18 at 1.24.24 PM.png, File:Screenshot 2026-05-18 at 1.24.44 PM.png, File:Screenshot 2026-05-18 at 1.25.21 PM.png, File:Snowy Maevie.png, File:Smiling maevie.png, File:Gameroom Maevie.png, File:Snow maevie 2.png, File:Snowy maevie 2.png, and File:Maevie H-.png. Thank you for noting that AI imaging software was used to generate them as well as the name of the software. However, your images are missing the following information:

• Who wrote the prompt for this AI generated image?
• Was permission granted by the prompter to upload it?
• As AI imaging software was used to generate it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork. Another Moderator has already added this step on your behalf.

If you are the prompter, you simply have to note that as permission is implied when the prompter is also the uploader. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on all images uploaded to the Gswiki as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged image file. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements.
