PACE
Type Roleplaying

To PACE is to walk back and forth in an agitated manner.

Help

Usage:
    PACE                    - You pace back and forth.
    PACE {target}           - You glance at {target} and pace back and forth.
    PACE {text}             - You pace back and forth, muttering something about {text}.

The PACE verb allows a player to create unique messaging for roleplaying purposes.  If you are visible, the game takes whatever text follows the verb and displays it to the room.  Example: "PACE the work ethic of Vanah" returns this message: "Wyrom paces about, muttering something about the work ethic of Vanah."

Please note that text entered into the PACE verb is subject to all of the appropriate POLICY on language in GemStone IV.

People targets:
  You glance at (Person) and pace back and forth.

Object targets:
  You glance at (object) and pace back and forth.

Creature targets:
  You glance at (creature) and pace back and forth.

No target:
  You pace back and forth.

Roleplaying Option:
  You pace about, muttering something about {text}.

NOTE:  ONLY first person messaging is listed unless it differs substantially from other versions.  Wedding messaging will only work with your spouse, all other targets default to standard messaging.  Messaging without an option shown applies to all options.  Special scripts and areas may override listed messaging.
