Hello, Recovery. You recently uploaded an image to the wiki that is missing some information required by [[Gswiki:Policy]]. The image flagged is [[:File:Helden_hall.jpg]]. Your image is missing the following information:

==Images at Risk for Deletion==
* Who created the image?
* If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
* If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
* If AI imaging software was used to create it, <nowiki>[[Category:AI artwork]]</nowiki> must be in the image description for inclusion in [[:Category:AI artwork]].
Please see [[Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights]] for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be all images uploaded to the Gswiki as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in [[:Category:AI artwork]]. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.

If you need examples on how to do this, [[Gswiki:Style guide/Images]] has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, [[Help:Images]] goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

'''If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki.''' Please do not remove the <nowiki>{{moddelete}}</nowiki> template from any flagged image file. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet [[Gswiki:Policy]] requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone [https://discord.com/channels/226045346399256576/1061330227843833926 Discord forum's wiki thread]. Hi, SCHADENFREUDE. You recently uploaded many images to the wiki that were missing some information required by [[Gswiki:Policy]]. Thankfully, you included that information in the captions of the images on the parent page they were used on, and I have gone ahead and fixed the omission. No action is required to be taken by you, this is just an FYI. Each image needs to have the "Created by player/uploader/etc in software" added to the image page itself. I have also included the AI artwork category as required by [[Gswiki:Policy]]. Hopefully this helps and if you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out via my talk page.

Hi there, JHYNNIFER. You recently uploaded an image, File:Riend and hotu cropped.png to the wiki that did not have all of the information where it needed to be as required by Gswiki:Policy. I was able to see that you included the needed information in some, but not all, required locations, so I need to know: if it was AI generated and if so, what model was used, for it to comply with Gswiki:Policy.

As a reminder, copyright information must be clearly stated on the image file and as a caption for all articles featuring it. If you use an image created by someone else, permission must be granted and noted in the caption.

An article edit comment is not sufficient for these purposes.

Additionally, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image files and how to display them with captions on articles.

Please be aware that any future images that do not include all required information on both the image file and all articles featuring them will be flagged. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSFAMINE (talk) 14:53, 30 July 2026 (CDT)

Hi, SCHADENFREUDE. You recently uploaded many images to the wiki that were missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. Thankfully, you included that information in the captions of the images on the parent page they were used on, and I have gone ahead and fixed the omission. No action is required to be taken by you, this is just an FYI. Each image needs to have the "Created by player/uploader/etc in software" added to the image page itself. I have also included the AI artwork category as required by Gswiki:Policy. Hopefully this helps and if you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out via my talk page.
