Bleeding can be stopped using the TEND verb. Success is based on skill in First Aid. Tending with little skill on heavy bleeders will cause massive roundtime for the tender and the tendee. Roundtime can be reduced with more training.

If a player were to take any offensive action once tended, the bandage will fall off and the player will bleed in that area again.

Syntax

TEND [MY | {player}] {area}

Where {area} may be one of the following

  • Head
  • Neck
  • Chest
  • Back
  • Abdomen
  • R/L Arm
  • R/L Hand
  • R/L Leg

Note: Eye injuries (bruised, blinded, missing) do not bleed.
