Nod does just that, the action of nodding: moving ones head down and up, sometimes once, sometimes multiple times, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, with a variety of facial expressions. Nodding can express many different emotions and is an excellent verb to be familiar with for roleplaying purposes.
