The two weapon combat DS formula for two empty hands is not accurate for the situation of having 1 rank in the weapon skill (brawling) and 1 rank of TWC. I also had 4x UCS gloves on and was in defensive stance. My DS was accurately predicted with one empty hand and a shield, and so it was only the off hand DS that was the problem. - I figured it out. I wasn't applying enchant/2 from the UCS gloves. Which seems odd that the formulas are designed that way, but whatever. WINTERDAWN (talk) 22:17, 9 April 2019 (CDT)
